[Note: Skincare is subjective, so effects may vary & make sure to patch test every product on your skin. I would be reviewing different products hereafter, so keep an eye on the "ProductReviews" section of the blog. You can look out for skincare products reviews in near future.]
CosRX Acne Pimple Mater Patch retails for Rs 280 on Maccaron.in for 24 patches. I bought this product since it was highly raved about and on top of that I had started to get pimples that were too were taking too long to heal and were painful to touch.

This is what the brand describes the patches as: It's for those pesky little troubles! Still fighting those pesky little imperfections ? Tired of scarring your skin thanks to acne, pimples, and other blemishes ? Well, don’t worry and be happy with the new, innovative COSRX Acne Pimple Master Patch !
Easy to use, Easy to remove spot patch protects the wounded area by absorbing the exudate and manages the environment to prevent secondary infections to minimize and heal the scarred area and to encourage faster wound recovery. For use on wounded areas, as well as after removing blackheads, emergency treatment of problematic areas, or to cover up unwanted skin problems, the patch can be used for all kinds of purposes.
The claims seems to be TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE , now let's dig if its worth the shot or not.

PROS:
It gets rid of the puss overnight ( but doesn't flatten or vanishes the pimple -> don't have unrealistic expectations) .
It facilitates in healing of the pimple much quickly than the natural course of of healing. (For me, my acne healed in 3 days with the patch's use VS. 7- 8 days without it )
It camouflages the redness and hides under makeup thus the pimple doesn't get exposed to makeup or the friction of makeup application if you are a daily makeup wearer.
Its usage on wounded areas is really effective like on extracted pimples , blackheads and comedones as it absorbs the exudate(blood/puss) from the open wound fairly well.
CONS:

If you have a pussy pimple, this patch in 1 night will only help to pull out that yellow/white gunk. You will have to apply another patch the next night to help flatten the pimple and reduce the redness.
Moreover, I felt like that the patch doesn't dries up the puss but on the other hand the patch moistens it to an extent that it becomes very easy to pop / extract the pimple. But this process is followed by a little bleeding , in this case reapply a new patch which will effectively absorb all this exudate.
All in all, I felt the need to squeeze on my pimple (Meaning= that you will ANYWAY END UP WITH AN OPEN WOUND after the first use) so obviously the area gets irritated and thus prone to scarring. So, the claim of "tired of scarring your skin?" is laughable & bogus.
Even on not pricking some smaller pimples, I didn't notice any difference in terms of its effectiveness to prevent the acne scarring.
If you get frequent acne or going through hormonal acne due to PCOS/D, then these patches wouldn't be an affordable choice.
Having dissected its claims, it all boils down to if I recommend it or not? I do recommend this product. These patches will work like a charm for people who suffer from occasional acne or to fix/hide the uninvited Mr.Pimple before a big event. But I would not suggest my readers to expect unrealistic results rather consider this patch as a quick healing bandage for your face. This will help in healing the skin issues much faster but obviously NOT OVERNIGHT. Also if you are looking to dry out your pimple, then look for another alternative like Mario Badescu Drying Lotion.
